Random Thoughts VIII: The Ocho

Mrs. JCyclonee flew to Chicago last night for a girls' weekend. During the afternoon, she got a call from one of the friends she was going with asking if she thought it would be OK to board a plane with a driver's license that expired in September, 2015. About a half hour after leaving for the airport, she called me and asked if I knew where her phone was. Since I was driving to softball I told her that it wasn't in my car but that I'd look when I got home.

Today, I'm $33.95 lighter in funds but the phone is on the way and will be there by 10:30 tomorrow morning. I called at about Noon today to let her know. They were still in their pajamas. If I know anything about girls' weekends the pajamas are revealing and silky and they're having pillow fights. They'll probably all take a shower together afterwards.

After work I stopped by to let my dad and stepmom's dogs out. 1 is hers and 1 is my dad's. My dad's dog is a black lab who has had a couple bad hind leg injuries. When I stopped by and let him out I really lost it today. He at times needs help to get up and he is getting so thin.
