Random Thoughts VIII: The Ocho

They're making us take some stupid online learning course here at work. People say it takes about 8 hours which is 8 hours wasted learning such important things like "Service Portfolio Management is the Management of The Service Portfolio"
I am supposed to be writing a new callout system for a client and I have to waste time on mandatory crap like this. After I finish the course I guess I need to take a timed, 45 minute, quiz. If you get less than 70% four times you have to take the whole stupid course again. The IIC think we have nothing better to do.

CF4, pants' advice was actually good. Just tell her how you are feeling about things. If she was really into texting but suddenly dropped off, I'd be a little concerned. She could just have something going on or be stressed out about something that you don't know about. Just communicate with her, communication is key to a healthy relationship.

Took Lulu for her last set of puppy boosters this morning. Don't have to head back for another year now, and she's up to 26lbs. I've read that if you double their weight at 4 months (which she is now) that should be their approximate adult weight.

I do need to get her more heartworm/flea and tick. Has anyone ever used 1800petmeds? The price on her flea and tick is like $40 less than what the vet website lists it as.

We get ours from Amazon and it looked to be at least as good if not a better price than petmeds.

Well, that's it folks. Heading to bed:

Pants - hold down the fort until morning.
Vikes - keep doing what you're doing. If it's being done overnight, it must be important. Don't want to wake up and find the city in flames because you fell asleep.
We operate 24/7.

I would definitely talk with her first. Scanning it when I saw it; my first thought was you were a friend that was around. It is better to talk to her about it though.

Track and Field Day yesterday. Perfect weather for it. However, bratty littlest daughter and her friends were throwing water on me all afternoon (it was actually much appreciated and they got doused too). The teenager volunteered along with her boyfriend. During lunch, they were walking by about 50 yards from us and one of the little daughter's friends sprinted after them purely for the purpose of embarrassing her.

I wonder if one of our trees from last fall is dying or something. Started to leaf out a few weeks ago but now it's stalled and seems like the leaves toward the top are curling up. Ruh roh. The other tree is doing just great.

took a picture of a couple leaves I pulled off. That doesn't seem good. Anthracnose or tar spots is what seems to be on the Google. Which neither are usually deadly but can cause some leaf drop. They say 20-40% and I'm concerned because the tree hasn't really changed in probably three weeks. So I doubt it's going to have anywhere close to half its leaves being ok.

Looks like a bad spider infestation to me.
