I think the George Hamilton as the KFC Crispy Colonel is just going right over people's head. Can't think that many people get it since it's a pretty dated pop culture reference. Hell, if not for the old Doonesbury comics I don't think I'd have any idea what the hell it was about.

I try to avoid watching ANY of their commercials any more. They've gone beyond campy into downright creepy.

He starred in a few rom coms back in the day..."Where the Boys Are" was one.

Few of those "dreamy" guys lasted, mostly because they couldn't act their way out of a wet paper bag. They were basically eye candy. George, Troy Donahue, Tab Hunter...once they got too old for the teen scene movies they pretty much disappeared.
 
Picked up my things from the Pharmacy for another colonoscopy on Wednesday. 4th time in as many years.

Time to bring that thread back from the dead?

Alright, let's see....

Pies/Baking - Been practicing/getting ready for the Texas State Fair next month by baking random things. Gonna enter 10 categories and the No Rules Chili competition this year I think. Depending on my travel schedule.

Travel - Got back from my month long euro trip. Absolutely awesome time. Job wise, had a remote, stay at home project the last month so haven't done anything but Dallas.

Credit Cards - Well a new Chase one came out today that I applied for.

Cougars - Went to the MILF bar in Dallas the other weekend, was a good time

Pillows - still same set of pillows, though I've had comments on people not liking the touch of red. They called it "drug dealerish" I was thinking cyclones but the color scheme might change.

Whatever Else - Not a whole lot, year end review was today, still single as hell, and signed up for a 5k in November.
