Oldest had looked up lyrics to "Pour some sugar on me" (even though she knows them) and one site had "living like a lover with a red hot thong". We were both like wth, this person is clueless!
Not having to take them to the ohdarkthirty weighins for wrestling in the dead of winter was a HUGE bonus.
However, count your blessings - at least you have girls, and they don't jack up your insurance premiums like boys do.
It has been amazingly quiet so far. Of course, I've been moving furniture & rerouting computer cords, so maybe all they could see was my butt sticking out from under things when they walked by (and that would make ANYONE hustle on past). Or maybe it's the humongous building map I have pasted to my door?10:37 and still no first day of class rant from KC about students asking her for directions.
Oddly enough, while I was typing this I had my first lost souls for the day.
Haven't heard anything from where I applied yet. Job is still posted. I also put today for date available.

What part of "I'm on the phone, I CAN'T drop it and give you directions" does not compute with some people?????
She is talking as she walks into my office...the phone is clearly to my ear as I look up. She keeps talking and I point to the phone...she keeps talking, so I ended up having to excuse myself to a PAYING client on the phone in order to point out two rooms that are highlighted and the room numbers written in RED ink so that I can go back to helping my real client...

Drama-filled weekend.
Parents came in town. My sister pulled her BS 'Oh, I'm so busy I don't know if I'll have time to see them' crap. They're ******* 81 and 83 years old. Make the time! Grrr.
Spent Saturday getting stuff ready for my daughter's birthday party. When we stopped at a store to grab some last minute things, they were sold out. I improvised like a boss and saved the day!
At the party, some of her "friends" were about 5 feet from me talking **** about her while she was opening up presents. SMH. Little girls be catty.
Met up with SIL and BIL on Sunday. My niece was on Snapchat taking pictures of everyone and doing the funny alterations. Well, her mom (my SIL) got pissed off about a picture of her that we were cracking on and dropped an f bomb in front of my daughter, which completely set me off.
Oh yeah, and the neighbor girl stopped by asking if my daughter could play with her as we were getting ready to leave for the party on Saturday. When we told her no, she ran off crying.
I feel like John Hughes wrote the script for my weekend.

And in the end, the handsome wrestler dude left his attractive, but shallow and self-centered girlfriend to eat birthday cake with you.
No wrestler involved, but birthday cake did help the situation.
It's really hard to make me mad, but the disrespect to my parents and daughter had me pretty fired up.
Yep. Those things will set me off too. Don't mess with my daughters and only I'm allowed to disrespect my parents.
We start sounding more alike the older our kids get.
No humanly way in hell she could afford to live on the North Shore working as a concierge. She either had 20 roommates, sold drugs, was a part time high end prostitute or all three.
Oh and week of vacation. He's trying to keep me at least through the end of October if I don't get this job. That's when his son comes back and he'll need insurance being 26.
If one person has insurance through the company, everyone has to be offerred insurance.
