so DH had off today and knew he needed to get groceries and mow cause we are doing a brewery tour tomorrow, camping, and tubing on Sunday.

I get home at 5 to see he is push mowing. Go in the house to get changed. See he fixed a blind that had an issue. But I can see he didn't yet get groceries and had only been mowing for maybe 20 minutes (he did have to get the push mower set up). He texted me about the blind at 3pm so I figure that's about when he got started for the day.

I went out to run and he asked if I were going to weedwack when I got back

"nope"

I should probably feel bad cause now it's what, 7:15 and he's weedwacking and still needs to get groceries. I probably could have saved him the 30 minutes but I told him last night I planned to run and probably wouldn't then. He could have gotten started way before 3. We are such opposites on that. I can't relax until I'm done with my "chores" for the day but he'd rather play first and work later. Plus now I'm doing laundry and getting stuff ready for tomorrow.

Hi guys. I left my job over a month ago. I've been working on everything to get into ISU's mba program. I had an interview today and was accepted. I'm an Iowa State student again.

Spent most of the afternoon looking for the cable remote. Looked everywhere. Literally - except where it is, obviously. Can't remember if I had it last or not. SO is getting a bit Dementia and could have literally put it ANY Where!

I was checking the kitchen cupboards. Refrigerator, Dishwasher. All the wastebaskets. Nothing. So Damn frustrating!

Finally gave up and decided tomorrow will have to get a new one down at the office. Oops, it's Saturday. Are they open on Saturday? Check the website. No. So looks like very limited viewing options this weekend. Still have the basic cable crap in the bedroom, but not all the extended channels. And nothing in the living room.

First world problems are the worst, excluding all the real world ones, of course....
