I've never looked at their channel to see everything they have; just listened to what pops up when youtube auto picks for me. I'm going to check out their channel now that its looking like a slow afternoon.

A lot of times if I'm cleaning up the house or one of the rare times I'm playing my PS3 anymore, I'll just throw that playlist on and let it ride. Love Boyce Avenue.

Sounds like they had to let school out at DSM Roosevelt because so many teachers got sick from a catered lunch yesterday. So there are sometimes drawbacks . . .

Okay, back to old people and technology for a second. My MIL keeps "texting" my email. Not a big deal because I see it just as quick, but I've pointed it out to her numerous times and showed how to text my actual phone number.

Old people and technology response: "you can text to email?"

I'll mix it up with a young people and technology anecdote. One of my teenage daughter's friends recently went on a cruise. While leaning against the rail and texting she dropped her new iPhone in the ocean.

The next thing she did was use her mom's phone to post on Instagram that she dropped her phone in the ocean.

I think when she pulls us up as a contact, it is our email instead of my phone number. So it goes to our email.

My mom also keeps texting the ipad instead of my phone, again she is using a different contact than one with my phone number. She has an iPhone and ipad and gets her messages on both. I have a Galaxy.

When I was taking pics of the 7th grade girls before a school dance, 50% of them had cracked screens. I'm glad they still had to use their busted up phones, but since my daughter is new to this whole phone business she is pretty darn careful with hers.

Ugh.

Discovered I was doing something "wrong" today at work, and now I'm wondering just how long I've been doing it the "wrong" way.

I don't get this...thus far, I've never broken a phone screen, and until recently, never used a case.

When I got an iPhone, everyone told me to get a case because the screens crack so easily. I've never had a case, and I drop it constantly and it still hasn't cracked in three years.

It amazes me at times too. One of my SIL's has an iPhone and the entire home button is gone and the glass around it is cracked.

My wife has a Galaxy S6 edge and she dropped it and it cracked. Lesson learned no more beveled edge phones.
