Whoops, yeah...started typing that as scotch/canadian whisky, but it was awkwardly phrased, so I changed, but forgotted to go back and change those words.

Nope, no linkedin, I tried it, thought it was douchey, and was getting too many e-mails, so I deleted it...sheesh, now looking, that had to be not too long after they started.

Technically, I have a twitter handle, but that's just for following others, and it's not in my real name since I didn't want people trying to connect with me on it..and I haven't logged into it in years either.

I read through the tv thread also. I think people were defending the programming more than the platform. I found it sad that someone who has apparently made a name for himself with the Ad office is awarded a "win" for being something of a jerk about it.

if you're going to email someone in a position of note, and want a serious response, you can't swear in it. Of course that's going to get you nowhere.

Yeah - that would be a good start. What I noticed was that he has done this often enough that the staff AND the AD know who he is & what he's like. I have clients like that. Let me tell you, it's tough to go out of my way for them....mostly because of the way they treat me or my colleagues.
