I did the Rugged Maniac 5K obstacle/mud run on Saturday. I work up yesterday feeling fine. However, this morning, I feel like I was dragged behind a horse over gravel and then off a cliff.

What the hell is that about?
 
Advice:

If you're the passenger in a manual transmission vehicle, wait until the driver is done shifting gears before you take a sip of your soda. Puncturing the roof of your mouth with a straw is painful.
 
couponing takes a lot of time. But I'm up to $22 + a $5 gift card at Target on a giant list of stuff to get. Probably save about 15%.
 

I was really sure you were making an age crack on me until I looked it up. Then I realized that since I had to look it up, I was probably showing my age anyway.

I'd never heard of that before. Normally, I just overdo something, injure myself and hurt the next morning. That delayed reaction thing suuuucks. I asked my wife if she beat me with a club during the night....

yeah it's a weird thing. After a really intense or different workout (getting different muscles), it always hurts worse the second day for me. I think lots of stretching and water on the day of the workout is supposed to help reduce the lactic acid buildup.
 
oh boy. closing date set and an offer to purchase for us to send. This is getting too real!
