I was well into my thirties before I realized the whole sexual/virgin connection between calling unpopped popcorn kernels "old maids" - and the "unpopped" lady parts of the human old maid.

In one sense I'm kind of amazed at the people who called them (unpopped kernels) that - that they would talk that way in front of innocent children.

On the other hand, now I kind of understand why sometimes they would kind of snicker when they'd say, "I call the unpopped ones Old Maids, ha ha."

Do a lot of people call them that? I've never heard of that

I wouldn't call them athletic shoes, really. 574s are a retro style mostly worn causally. Technically they are "classic" running shoes, but I highly doubt many people run in them.

I haven't looked at or posted in this thread since my cyrocksmykhakipants on Friday night. I just read every single post since then. I can't even describe what I just read. From creepy little feet to vaginas to the Cubs sucking as usual to mods to Monday and everything in between. This thread delivers. I'm kinda sad I wasn't a part of it.

Haha, every man just rolled their eyes. Just talked to my coworker and she did the same thing. They are down maybe like half an inch, so it's probably just wet on the inside of the window.

hmm, the one who I would ask is on vacation. But no, I would never really ask someone to do that for me. I went out and shut them. Then told coworker to probably shut hers too. Car is pretty wet.

don't know her hair type, but she probably has product and stuff that's in it that just blowdrying after swimming won't do the job. Especially if she has curly or frizzy hair.

nah, the umbrella is in my car so I'd be able to get out. Just getting to it was the problem.
