Our administrative office hired an outside CPA firm that is supposed to be experts in international tax law to complete a 1042S. I see at least two errors on the form and one other possible omission. Do I need to list a Chapter 4 status code on either/both forms? You don't really need to answer this boring question. I just need to vent.

Your first mistake was hiring an outside CPA firm that wasn't Lawman's. Your second mistake was thinking I have any idea what you're talking about.

Probably not. Last I knew he kept it in one of his machine sheds. Has his own runway, looks kinda short but he said he makes it work, or did.

Definitely not the Aerostar then. They are fast but are don't slow down easy.
