I got privately reprimanded for my salty comments in the football thread. Really, I should be thankful that's all I got. Some of them were self admittedly pretty bad, considering it's a family site.

So I bicycled to the trail I tried to walk yesterday. For the most part the tail is walk-able (1 trouble spot). First time biking in awhile combined with riding the POS bike that I had in high school and Holy **** did it kick my ***. 20 minute bike took more out of me than a hour walk.

For some reason I seem to be extra salty in the NDSU/Montana thread on the football forum. I have no idea why, either. I truly don't give a **** one way or another, but for some reason I keep posting.

I f you are trying to outdo Rulzzz you are wasting your time. He owns that thread with this post:

It's not really a housewarming party in my eyes if I've been there since day one.

Good point. Pre-party drinks being held in the tree? Would it be your first time IN the house? At least while CG is there and/or awake?

Speaking of which, putting plastic over the window until it's fixed may not be the safest of ideas, CG.

It's part of the balance spring. No mo balance.

yeah not sure if we'll need a new thingy or if a repair person can fix it. Shall find out tomorrow. Either way, google tells me I'm out of my league and to call in a professional to fix my mess.

Damn rabbits think our landscaping and potted plants are the best smorgasboard ever. Earlier this summer hubby tried to wage war on them by buying every rabbit deterrent at Menard's. We have spray, fake owls, traps, wire cages, and they still eat everything. And what did we catch in the live trap? A skunk. That was fun.

I did buy hubby a pellet gun for his birthday. I think in the past 2.5 months hubby has killed one and wounded another. Not enough.

Valuable advice for most things in life.

well I mean at first I'm all like we are home owners, we have to learn to fix things. But this looks like something that would end badly. That ribbon thing looks light, but it's pretty strong and fairly sharp. There Will Be Blood if we try to straighten that thing.
