If CG had to fire someone, I could see her sending me a 2000 word PM which would end up with me just calling the person up on the phone and firing them for her.

My FB newsfeed has been filled up on a daily basis by friends selling body wraps and claiming weight loss miracles. My degree tells me otherwise and I desperately want to ask them to post information on their "results" and their sustainability after use.

Decrease intake, increase expenditure and strive to become less acidic and more alkaline.

End rant.

I see that too. And AdvoCare 24 day challenges. I'm sure it is beneficial, but people who don't work out and eat like crap, or course you will lose 5-10 pounds in 20 days. Is it the AdvoCare or is it that person actually eating well and working out for 24 days.
