That's probably part of it. They see this out of shape, graying dude with a salt and pepper beard and just assume I'm significantly older than I am.

Sorry pants...I don't know the answer to your original question. I don't think crunches, by themselves, would do that, but maybe they can. Speaking on this topic somewhat, how long does the soreness last after leg day? I'm two days past, and I'm in more pain now than I was yesterday. Hate leg day.

I drink chocolate milk after every workout, and water all day long. Soreness and pain haven't been an issue all year long.

Did you stretch at the end? That can help preempt a ton of soreness, too.

Walter J. Toporek, 79, retired Iowa State University associate professor of architecture, died Monday, July 27, at Bethany Life in Story City, Iowa. Toporek taught architecture at Iowa State from 1966 to 2000.

I can't really tell if these guys are actually full blown ******** or if they just like playing a moron or an ***-hole on the internet. The later just makes them really weird.

I've only seen maybe two that are seriously concerned about it. Most seem like they're joking, such as GTO's poll.

There is some slight concern that this is essentially the same team we'll have (with the exception of Naz and freshmen Carter and NN) until Burton becomes eligible, but it doesn't seem to me it's that big of a concern for them.
