There's a certain amount of soap opera feel to it...but much of it rings very true.

The disturbing part for me is seeing just how little control many of the women had over their own lives, let alone their husbands. It was a poorly kept secret that the men (most of them) did a lot of cheating, and that everyone did a lot of drinking. But the way that the women were treated as decorations for the most part brings back bad memories...because it was still quite a bit like that in the 70s, depending on your upbringing (mine was pretty much Southern traditional in terms of how my father expected me & my sisters to behave).

The amazing part for me is seeing the rockets going up again. They have incorporated some pretty good liftoff shots and flight shots, but the story lines mostly center around what happens on the ground.

I see that too. And AdvoCare 24 day challenges. I'm sure it is beneficial, but people who don't work out and eat like crap, or course you will lose 5-10 pounds in 20 days. Is it the AdvoCare or is it that person actually eating well and working out for 24 days.

Have I told you guys about my patented 00clone Low Impact Interval training (LIIT)? It's taking america by storm...if by 'america' you mean my household, and if 'by storm' you mean "Ehh, whatever, man". I have gained a few pounds lately, but I think I've been overdoing it.

Live2train, Please explain the acidic alkaline part other 2 I know and understand haven't heard about the 3rd.
 
Annd 10 minutes after the guy who took over for me as production manager left on his last day...I'm back doing that job. Hah...thankfully, I had a pretty good discussion with one of the leaders in my area today, so I'm not angry like I would have been.
 
It's come to my attention that we have probably had thousands of posts since the last Emily push-up gif appearance.

So I'm joking around with a friend on FB messenger and she complains about not feeling well. I ask if she's preggars (the same lame joke I make any time someone says they're not feeling well) and she says she doesn't think it happens in 12 hours time. So I say, maybe she has the gestation period of a field mouse and she says, not unless it's changed in the last 12 years. I had a abortion when I was 12......

What the ****?!?!?! Who the **** drops THAT bomb at THAT moment?! How the **** am I supposed to respond to that?!

I made a really bad and awkward joke and she said "you're really funny tonight."

I didn't respond. She just sent another message saying she wants chipotle.

Seriously. Women, what the ****?
