I've never had to worry about it, but what's stopping a banned user from creating a new account? IP address? Can't you get around that?

They do come back, as shown by the multiple accounts by Section on the rivals board. They CAN ban an IP, I believe, but don't know how strict they are about doing it.

For me it is a drive and not a ride. Biked to Excelsior once this summer, it's 18/19 miles each way. Too long for me to bike and eat/drink. I can eat light and bike but can't bike and eat like a regular meal.

Just now am finally back to being able to consistently run 3 miles without approaching near death. That two week vacation just killed me.

Congrats on the 100 mile day! I move up in about 2 weeks, which means I'll have a week up there before orientation. And I finally got my schedule which is exciting.

I know this may not help much, but when I quit drinking pop, I just stopped. It sucked for a couple weeks, but after awhile it didnt bother me. If anything, take all the pop out of your house, and when you go out, have water with you.

Yeah...cold turkey. The caffeine was the toughest part. I had a Coke Classic in my hand or on my desk pretty much continuously throughout the day.
