My squat is terrible anymore, I'd probably max out at 135#.
Deadlifts are more of a favorite, got 245 the other day, all time best was 265.

As to this exercise stuff, so far today it's mostly 8 oz. coffee cup curls which I totally rock.
In relation to the exercise stuff I am down 68 pounds since January.
And I like the deadlift though I didn't like the way my Weight Training instructor (KIN 110 I think?) made us do them in class. It just hurt my back.

Went swimming last night and had that little water feeling in my ear. So I decided to take a Q-Tip to it. Definitely just clogged it up with whatever junk was in there. Debrox and water aren't doing the trick. I feel like I may be forced to pay a nurse to do it next week.
