This was a trip to subway on the airport with my wife and two of her day care boys (ages 2 and 4). They were actually really well behaved. I was just done and ready to go like 20 minutes before them.
There is so much to look at! Z's recent thing is walking into the kitchen and pausing to see if we're following and then deciding if she'll go for the stairs or the glass door to look out.
Yeah two little boys and planes five feet from them on the other side of the glass...it was plane overload for them.
Kind of like when my dad took my boys to the small town fire station...(I wasn't there, but can imagine)
Well we know at least one is, because it's her place.
Does it really matter what people get anyway? It's white elephant. You don't even use nametags (unless you all do it differently than we do).
Just found out my company has decided to make it mandatory we take a paid day off the day after Christmas as well. Normally I'd be happy with this, but I've got WAY too much to do between now and Jan. 1 to have this thrown on me.
Well, the 6 year old got better after sleeping all day Saturday (literally - I had to check on him a couple of times to make sure he wasn't dead). The bad news is when I was getting ready for bed late last night my 9 year old got up to tell me that she got sick and was tangled up in her sheets and left it all over the carpet in her room. I have "slept" 3 nights in a row on a short little love seat in the family room with a puking, etc. kid. You'd think I would figure out that the 6 footer should go on the long couch, wouldn't ya?
I'm sure I will now get it just in time for our trip to Iowa. Parenthood - you gotta love it.

Probably not by much. We could move it to the weekend but after that the BIL has to get back to his practice in KC. It's my other BIL's 40th birthday on Friday which we are supposed to have a surprise party for as well.
OK, apparently my straight comment was read as sarcasm. I was actually saying that BU's HS friends ARE probably all girls...cause he's pretty much a girl anyway.
