Probably just the Russian health club spies with fake accounts and pictures. Trying any way they can to get at 00-Boxster.
I like the idea that you are going broad instead of jumping too many grades. College is tough already without being 3-4 years younger than your classmates.Depends who you talk to. I'd buckle up, because this is quite an answer coming.
Based on when she started preschool, she's right on track. I added some things to broaden the experience instead of doing 2 years in one again. I figured that was going to lead us into some really weird/tough scenarios, like college @ 12.
But, since we did a "why hurry" year and did E-K instead of going straight to Kindergarten, Ames has her listed as a 3rd grader. We're trying to get that changed so she can do band and learn flute this coming year, but no response from the school yet. Probably just emailing the registrar, who had some good answers when we dropped in.
So she's really right on track, kind of, mostly. She did an elective that we see now is 6th grade Social Studies, so I'm making plans there. She's exhausted almost every foreign language elective our main program offers for high school, so I've got some digging around to do to set her up for fall. The site does offer a quick immersion thing in Portuguese that Z has had her eye on, so we'll get that in there, too. This time around, it sounds like she's interested by grabbing some foreign language books and reading them as well.
But she's right on track overall with a really nice, broad base of extra stuff to fit her interests. I'll be curious where all this leads.
That word just makes my sphincter clench now.Fortunately the stroke was very minor. No loss of motor function. They'll be doing more tests today
Maybe you should leave the walking around without a shirt on thing to Lew so he isn't distracted all of the time. That word just makes my sphincter clench now.
We're headed to DSM today to see a neurologist there. Six months out, Lew still has residual numbness in his left arm (normal motor function, just nerve ending stuff), and numbness on the left side of his head and torso.
He thinks he gets more distracted now, and struggles with focus. Just want to talk to a neurologist to see if our expectations for his recovery are reasonable.
TBH - the "easily distracted" thing was there before the stroke. I think he's just noticing it more now. And in all fairness, I have more trouble staying focused on things now as opposed to when I was younger. We're aging. It's part of the process.
After many months of not spying them both, I caught a glimpse of both Svetlana and Natasha at Lifetime last week. I had seen Natasha off and on but had not seen Svetlana in a very long time. I had assumed she was deported. Svetlana is the less unattractive of the two and less dangerous looking than the straight razor toting Natasha.
I fear my favorite member, the Workout Princess, is no longer a member. Dues went WAY up and I think some peeps opted for another gym/club. Also, missing is Strong Sarah. Still seeing Big Buddha, The Three Amigos, White-T, Grunts, and The Weight Jerk. And, Tim whose is actually named Tim.
She really is and creative. She was telling me about her Pennsylvania essay on Monday and then showed me some more of her creative writing story. It's really amazing. She's even set it up to link chapters on a content page for easy pathways.I like the idea that you are going broad instead of jumping too many grades. Z sounds like a fascinating little person.
So I decided to withdraw from the interview with my former employer and give my current role some time. If anything I think it showed me I could go back to my former employer pretty easily if things don't work out with my current one, but I want to give it a go here and see how I'm feeling a few months from now. Like I said, good problem to have I suppose but I really struggle with making big decisions, lolYeah the 2nd job is actually for a place I worked for but was part of a layoff. They've shown once they have no problem with letting people go, but that's just corporate America. I keep going back and forth but I think I need to give my current job more time - I know it just takes months to settle in a new role.
I just hate making big decisions as I'll always wonder if I made the wrong one.
???Christ will you just sign it so we can get out of here? Please?
We? You mean she's here?
I'm not watching it. Went over to my parent's to watch Survivor and my mom was out walking so I put it on on demand while I was waiting for her to get back.
I should have known...
If Z is bored I have some MBA homework that needs to be completed.
I can send you the fox screams I recorded a few nights ago - or you can find them on my facebook feed. That should really be great...much better than loons...MrsWx had put on some white noise type thing in LilMiss (middle child) room last night. Woke up at 4AM to some God awful noise, took us a minute to figure out where it was coming from. WHO THE HELL PUTS LOON SOUNDS ON A WHITE NOISE APP.
