Have fun trying to get some sleep in this heat. I tried to ride yesterday, my heart rate got over 190 at some points, and I just could not cool down. After an hour I started to feel the first stages of heat stroke.

eek. Well i was lucky enough to escape without bruises, but i thought that was probably the highlight of the ride. (only day i rode)
