Maybe he just quit using it? They just mentioned that prior to an interview (one in which coach sounded pretty emotional).

Yea he just stopped using it. Keith Murphy posted it on FB. Sickening, but I'd also like to see a twitter ban for all the players. A few seem to be taking a break from it, but every fanbase has its fans that like to coach from their keyboard, aggressively.

I just checked, his account is still there. I wouldn't be surprise if he is just taking a break from twitter and is encouraging the players to do the same. I can't even imagine what its like to be a public figure receiving criticism and insults from people hiding behind a twitter handle. Even if it is BS, you are still going to take it somewhat seriously.

Ok, the tweets at Prohm aren't as bad as I thought they would be. Here are some of the worst I saw and I think they are pretty mild:

Not profanity laced, but stupid nonetheless. A jerk posts those things to Twitter in general. An A hole directs them directly to the coach or players.

No fanbase is better than that. When you have a large fanbase, even a very small percentage still makes for thousands of ******** with access to social media.
