I feel sorry for the poor schlubs that sit in section 213.
Looks like it's Howard Middle School sitting in 213 tomorrow. Tough break for the youngsters, but from what I remember of MS I'd have taken a sopping-wet-sewage-smelling-seat at a basketball game over being at school every single time.

For the women's or men's game? If it's the women's hopefully there will be enough room to move them to a different section.

Where they love the governor
I doubt it's the sprinkler system. I would guess the system be a dry system. Regardless that doesn't seem like much fun. Alot to clean up

Would sprinklers be effective up there for fire suppression?

Thats where all the air handling systems, mechanical and electrical stuff is at. It's a suspended ceiling. Bad design from the 70s.

Plenty of buildings have their HVAC stuff on the roof. Handy place to put things where nobody can see them.

Yeah, those I get. But there is no reason to pump water to the ceiling except for fire sprinklers.

... Or if the chillers were on the roof... As it appears they are on Google Earth...

Unless they're planning on 9,000 kids attending, there will be other seats/sections available.
Last year's noon Friday game had 9100 official attendance. I'd expect tomorrow to be similar. So yeah, there should be plenty of room to move them, even though they probably need a large block of seats together.

Just heard Bill's Self's toupee was the issue here. Seems to have plugged one of the drain pipes, thus causing the overflow and smell. They also found Perry Ellis living in the rafters, telling the maintenance crew that he still had eligibility left.
