To be fair, I don't think he inferred he is looking for love. Especially at a place where bartenders aren't wearing much.

I've been out of the game a long time, but I used to use a point system to adjust for different situations. Basically, a random encounter that lead to flirting was worth 100 points.
- If she's at work and I'm a customer, deduct 25 points.
- If it's a situation where the customer would customarily tip, deduct another 50 points.
- If the workers at this establishment wear less clothes than average, deduct another 25 points.
