Pancheros v Qdoba v Chipotle

I hadn't even heard of Panchero's before today... I am actually gonna get one for lunch... in literally 15min.

But before I try it, I've been eating Chipotle for many years back home and it is way better than Qdoba. Moe's was recently build near my hometown too, and I would rank Moe's above Qdoba.

So before my Panchero's fix I would put it like this

1. Chipotle
2. Moes
3. Fighting Burrito
4. Qdoba

???. Panchero's

I have never had Fighting Burrito, I have heard mixed reviews on it. I had Qdoba once and wanted to puke. For me it's nothing but Panchero's, love everything about it.

They all blow. Marianas! Authentic and amazing. Abelardos on Ingersoll is good too

Panchero's easily. Plus, they do a great job trying to satisfy their customers with all the promotions they do through their social media. Dollar burrito day at Panch has turned into a new holiday for me.

Out of those choices, the correct answer is Panchero's But come on, people! This is an Iowa State message board. I imagine a large number of you live in/near Ames. None of those compare to Fighting Burrito. It's not close.

When was the last time you have been to fb?

I agree on the social media aspects. However I did when the Friday trivia a few weeks ago and have not gotten my gift card yet. I have sent messages on twitter and their website to no success, oh well.

I agree, Fighting Burrito has slipped a little, but is a solid #2 choice behind Panchero's in Ames. We'll see if Chipotle can unseat it. Not that there would be any reason to go to Chipotle on Duff with Panchero's down the street.

It's been a long time since I've been back to Ames or gone out to eat in the DSM area. I have literally forgotten what Panchero's is like. I did try it a couple of times while at ISU and at least remember liking it.

Right now, I've been choosing Qdoba, since it's closer to my house and, IMO, they have healthier options

Chipotle seems to be rather expensive to me, but it could just be me too.

I couldn't stand eating anything that came out of Flying....ahem, FIGHTING Burrito. The two times I went, i would always get the bottom-of-the-barrell leftovers that were either over-sauced, over-cooked or just plain old. I guess I just wasn't drunk enough when I went there.
