That's the best version of Hallelujah, but I really like the Rufus Wainwright version as well, the one used in Shrek.

This song makes me happy cry, so I think it counts. The seamless transition from Somewhere Over the Rainbow to What a Wonderful World gets me every time.

A hauntingly beautiful song, with actually rather upbeat lyrics. But if you believe, as I do, the theory that it's an ode to heroin addiction then it's much more depressing. It's use in Trainspotting really brings that theory to the forefront as well.
