Brilliant response...Funny how people don't bother to actually look past a stat bracket to see if there is any relevance to it...He was 1-3. The one he made could have been banked in for all we know.

Good point, I didn't look at the total # of 3's taken. Somewhat similar to Burton in that it's difficult to judge 3-pt accuracy from so few shots. Still, he's a 4 and played against tougher competition than King and, as CW pointed out, he's an undersized 4 and "there is reason to question as to how that style would translate to the Big 12, where those very mismatches will not exist."
I would still rather have a 6'9" stronger PF than a 6'7" weaker PF who has no experience playing in a major conference.
How do you know who's stronger? Plus King averaged 14.6 ppg and 7.8 boards. Henry averaged 6 ppg and 3.6 boards. I love players who come from a smaller conference and want to prove their worth against high major competition. Either way I trust the staff but King intrigues me more

A few more options for transfers became available. Henry already announced his intention, i assume Frank Martin and SC just made it official so they can take visits.
CW has floated ISU current intrest in Henry and I think ISU recruited Sheppard out of HS.

Transfer, eligible immediately, 6'9" forward out of Richmond. 80% free throw shooter, shoots the '3' some it appears, and blocks shots. Worth a look by our staff??? (Nelson-Ododo)

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond has granted men's basketball forward Alonzo Nelson-Ododa a release to transfer, head coach Chris Mooney announced today.
“We wish all of the best to Alonzo as he moves on and completes his final year of collegiate eligibility,” Mooney said. "We are proud of him for graduating and earning his degree at the University of Richmond."
This past season, Nelson-Ododa averaged 6.6 points and 5.1 rebounds per game. He led the team and ranked sixth in the Atlantic 10 in blocks with 45, despite missing eight games with an eye injury. He was named to the Atlantic 10 Preseason All-Defensive team this past fall.
He ranks second all-time in Richmond history with 185 career blocks. For his career, he averaged 5.5 points per game and 4.8 rebounds, playing in 94 contests and starting in 69.
Nelson-Ododa will be eligible to play immediately as a fifth-year graduate transfer.
He's 2" taller, weighs more, and played PF. King played SF at Brown. I think we need a PF more than a SF as we'll have Burton who can play SF.
Found a couple clips for Nelson-Ododa.

Thanks for the videos. 7'2" wingspan. Looks very active on defensive with nice body control. Good frame too. Nice footspeed as well.
Sounds like a fit. Somebody needs to pass this on to TJ. Surely he wants our input.Just joking. But seriously, couldn't we use a guy like this for next season.

Will make a decision this week per jon rothstein twittahs@TheRecruitScoop: RT @GoodmanESPN: Cleveland State grad transfer Anton Grady has received his release.
