I have noticed a lot of individual transfer threads created over the last couple of weeks. I thought it was time to start one to rule them all. Place new transfer player information here and if there is an actual ISU reciprocated interest by ISU then that player can be broken out into their own.

To start here is Goodman's MidSeason Transfer List.
Many already being discussed including Semi, Burton and Frankencamp.

I almost think it's better to get someone who has significant playing time at a school that is losing, loses their coach, or has minor off court issues that forces them out (Royce, Kane, BDJ for example), than to pick someone up who couldn't cut it at a good school (like Semi). Especially because Coach K is a really good coach.

I tend to agree with you, but there are definitely success stories out there on the other hand too. Shoot, I'm hoping McKay is one of them. Terran Petteway is another example. I'm sure CFH takes everything as case by case, which you pretty much have to. All said and done, there is sometimes other reasons than not cutting the mustard as to why they aren't playing. On the other hand, the nice thing is that we are at the point where we can be picky too as well, which is nice. In Fred we trust!!!

Kind of stupid how the transfer list is insider when it was free while Goodman was at CBS.

Just because we weren't on the list doesn't mean we haven't reached out. We weren't on many of Diallo's lists early.

Jeff Borzello@jeffborzello7m7 minutes agoLouisville announces sophomore forward Akoy Agau is transferring. Former top-100 player, never carved out a role.

Agau went to HS in Omaha and the staff did recruit him for a while prior to him committing to L'ville. Would guess Nebby would be on him, but I could see MA putting in a call.

We did show considerable recruiting interest in Agau. My guess is Iowa State will be contacting him soon... He would be a good get!

Who would be rated the better prospect transfer....the Duke kid or this Agau?

Gotta believe the Duke kid. Agau, to my knowledge, is basically a 6-8 rim protector type, with limited offensive game. He was highly recruited out of high school, but was very raw from a talent standpoint, and my guess is that he is still pretty raw. Out of high school he was down to Georgetown, west Virginia, Memphis, Baylor, Nebraska, and Louisville.

According to this article, he's had many calls, but it only specifically names Tim Miles as one of them. Gotta believe Nebraska is trying damn hard after missing out on him earlier. http://m.omaha.com/huskers/tim-mile...9d9-95eb-517d-ad97-796f57667c27.html?mode=jqm

Yes you would have to assume Creighton and Nebraska would be serious contenders for Agau
