Yeah, it's pretty obvious what happened. The 2 committee reps have been on the networks tonight moving the goalposts to justify North Caroina.

First it was their tough non-conference schedule, for which they only won 1 out of 6 games against the other tourney teams. Then they were on ESPN tonight saying their Q1 record was bad but they were 8-0 in Q2 games. Fair enough, so let's add them together, West Virginia was 10-13 and UNC 9-12 if you combine them. Just a total joke.

I have really strong suspicion the just put Xavier in to cover their *** and not make it too obvious since they both had a similar resume.
