I started a thread a while ago ******** about ESPN ESPNing over him, but I actually appreciated him coming back and saying last night he just really likes playing and wants to win for the school.

That's the thing though. It isn't his fault that everyone hates seeing him. Outside of potentially taking money from boosters/shoe companies, he's done everything right. What is nausiating is ESPN's constant coverage of him that makes people get sick of hearing about him. We don't need a 5 minute conversation between commentators during every game on ESPN regardless of who's playing.

Anyone know if we win the game on Friday and since our game is late on Friday night, would the Sunday most likely also be a night game?

I hope not. I bought my fiance this expensive spa/massage thing for V-Day and she made an appointment for 7pm on Sunday LOL.

I am more worried about Sunday and trying to setup return travel.

I went to the first rounds in San Antonio and in Milwaukee. Both times I was hoping for an early game. And both times I didn't get it. I'd bank on Iowa State playing late.

But the Sunday game times won't be announced until after everything is finished on Friday.

Yeah it's never been his fault...just general annoyance that ESPN covers like they do...although it's really not THEIR fault since their numbers are better with teams that get higher ratings.

Damn that’s late. But I’d rather play late than the very first game. Like the UAB year.

UAB was the very first game on Thursday. I think we played Norte Dame and UConn late, maybe not the 9:00pm game, but definitely at night. Game against Nevada was the last game on Thursday, I think.

Notre Dame was the last game of the night. I drove to Dayton for that and I remember sitting through OSU/Oakland or something like that before our game.
