No sweating today - our Cyclones are automatic qualifiers and had a fantastic season! Where are we headed? Who will we play? We find out later today.

It's the best time of the year in sports. And it's always great to be a Cyclone!

I want to see everybody's predictions on seed, location, and opponent. I think we are a 3 playing Tulsa in San Antonio.

I predict we'll be the #2 seed. I'm not sure about location, but I have it narrowed down to 4 possible:

HiltonNorth
HiltonSouth
HiltonWest
HiltonEast

Going to be interesting to see if they downgrade Kansas to a 3 seed due to Embiid injury or not.

Here nor there
If we do not get a two seed and we do not get to go to St. Louis (or Milwaukee I suppose), I hope we at least get another day of rest by playing on Friday.

I'll take the S-curve plunge, pre-Sunday tournament finals, mainly because nobody is going to care about it 17 hours from now. (Or even 17 seconds)

I was going to do full-bracket, but it's more than I feel like tackling at this point.

Kansas down a 3 seed with embiid injury? They were talking about it yesterday

Embiid is a freak, game changer for them. Kansas was 2-2 without him. Back injuries are scary for a player. There must be a reason they shut him down. If he isn't playing, a 3 seed would be justifiable for KU

Palm bumped us up two the 2 line in St. Louis.

Lunardi still has us as 3 playing in San Antonio.

And he has Iowa as a 10 playing in St. Louis :realmad:

Lunardi doesn't worry about location at this point. No chance Iowa plays in STL.

I am thinking it's 65/35 for us to get a 3/2 with 65% for the 3. Hopefully Michigan lands in Buffalo for the first weekend, not Milwaukee. That will be something to keep an eye on if they are announced before us.
