We BLEEPING SUCK and McD should be gone this is a joke !! How in the HELL do we lose to SDSU which is terrible I cant beileve it! Im pissed this is a joke, christ at least put some effort into it... :sad::sad::sad::sad:
 
i just don't understand how we can be so bad. didn't mcdermott have good teams at UNI? It has never been this bad
 
I just see no hope here.

3rd season. No significant wins. No upsets. Only embarassing losses.

No steady play from the team. No fire in the team. Offense looks completely dis-organized. The team is slow. Rebounding is terribly weak. Constant subsitutions, not sure if players can get into game flow. Just poor, poor coaching.

The Big 12 season is going to be brutal.

Mac is gone at end of season, Colvin will commit elsewhere. Forget about HB. Never going to happen.

Pathetic and Embarrassing. Just when you think it can't get any lower to be a Cyclone fan, they go and prove you wrong.

We'll be lucky to win 13 or 14 games this year. Mac should have brought in a Juco wing player for this year.
 
For being an "offensive genius" G-Mac was 80% of the reason we lost the game tonight. The boys were giving it their all on defense and offense. The reason we don't rebound well is because we aren't in position to rebound well (coaching). The reason we don't shoot the ball well is because we don't get in position to shoot the ball well (coaching). The reason we get burnt off the dribble is because we don't help each other when we get burnt off the dribble (coaching). Have FT's been addressed in practice? Sure doesn't look like it.

How can an Iowa State team be this anemic on offense. You can't tell me we don't have talent out there. Are we really worse than SDSU? Really? This is getting ******* unbelievable. Problem is we can't afford to get rid of him if we want to. Sit back and enjoy the ride fellas.

What's his ISU record against MVC opponents? Can't finish a game to save their life. Up 13 last year against UT, goes to OT and OF COURSE lose.

I was on board with the decision to fire Morgan. I fail to see though how this 3 year tenure is better. I've repeatedly said that I will wait and see through year 4, but this is absolutely ridiculous. When is the last time a coach at ISU could not beat mid-major and low-major schools? Lynn Nance? Hot seat? It had better be on fire at this point.
 
I was one of the Coach Mac supports, but i just can't see him doing anything here anymore. That was god-awful. We have the players and bright spots, but Mac is just a terrible coach. He could get away with it in the MVC, but he must not realize we need posts and to rebound, and to play DEFENSE!

We don't have players like that any more. We are too busy criss-crossing the country looking for role players.

Our entire offense depends on hitting threes. LE called threes 'fools gold' and now we all know why.
 
Bottom line McD is not a big 12 coach.
