Man all I see is our players leaving possibly to Pedo State and I'm getting angry at Matt Campbell because now it feels like he's out to destroy ISU. What is this new doing? We are not getting new players fast enough. By now we should have at least 5 players from WSU follow him to ISU.

He was only at WSU for a single year.. most of the traitors were recruited and coached by the head pedo a year or two.. I’d temper my expectations of what we steal from Washington state

I understand the sentiment here, but players literally can’t commit until January 2nd. There can be reports that player x is going to school a, but nothing can be confirmed until the 2nd

They were a 6-6 team playing a G5 schedule.

Look, I like the upside that Rogers has as well but all he did at Washington State was bring the middle part of his SDSU roster to Pullman and that was good enough to be incredibly average because there isn't much gap between the MVFC and the G5.

Hopefully he uses his now increased resources to bump up the talent level significantly from what he's got a Washington State. Trying to bring that roster to the Big 12 is a great way to finish 13th in the Big 12.

I’m wondering if we have any players come back after they see their portal offers.. yeah we are high on all of our guys but I wouldn’t think many bigger schools would have alot interest after the big ish names entering.

I took it as that is college life now and how the kids make money. The girls will only fans and boys will transfer portal.

One of those G5 games was at a team that made the playoffs. Played another G5 almost playoff team on the road. A solid Toledo team. There schedule, again, was more difficult than a normal g5 schedule.

All while rebuilding an entire new roster of 60+ players.

December 25th was chosen as a way to pre-empt an ongoing Roman holiday...literally no connection to the date of Jesus actual birth. That said, birthdays are mostly symbolic events anyway...so the actual date isn't really the point.

Not to get off topic too much…but I watched a video on Coke’s role in Christmas as a marketing tool to sell soda during the cold season. It ls kinda frightening how much they’ve apparently shifted culture and the ‘importance’ of Christmas even. Apparently Easter was the biggest holiday of the year prior to their efforts.

I don't expect Rocco to be an NFL QB. However, I don't believe many thought Brock would be either and even fewer expected him to have the success he's had.

Whatever camp redid Brock’s throwing motion or whatever after his SR year…we should send everyone there.

They’re a lot more responsible for his NFL success than MC. I figured his best hope was as a 7-10 yr locker room guy / backup.

Washington State played 3 CFP teams. He completely rebuilt the team bringing in 60 players. I am optimistic about Coach Jimmy Rogers. Mouser would have been an extremely poor choice. IMO Campbell was hoping Mouser would get the Iowa State job. Pollard hired Rogers and almost forced Campbell’s hand to keep Mouser. Would have been a terrible look not bringing Mouser to Pedo State.

This is what I heard while it was going on as well (wed into thurs that week), also heard Becht was contacted to see if he was interested. The CMC staff initially didn't want to leave; I'm guessing that changed once it was clear it wouldn't be Mouser and when PSU salaries were thrown at some of them. I would like to know what went on when the decision was made to not go to a bowl game. That process and decision really bothers me and was a strong indication that someone tore things down on their way out, kind of like when Wayne Morgan clearly attempted(successfully) to sabotage the start of the McDermott years.

Yea…I don’t think it was an organic choice by just the players. If I was a Sr or guy without a known landing spot I’d have been M’F some dudes.

First off, if you are going to wade into this arena understand that Yeshua's birthday is not December 25th. His birthday has actually been determined to be September 11th, 3 B.C. That may be more information than you care to know; however, as a Christian, it is my desire to correct this misconception concerning Christ's birthday.

Soooo, if he was born 2 weeks early then he was an actual Christmas present correct???
