***Official portal tracker thread***

He also had over a 10 win average per season. Not sure that’s something Campbell can consistently achieve.
Pretty sure it was less than 9 per season at PSU. They will want better from this than Matt as it was the whole knock on Franklin that he couldn't win big games and was underachieving.

When will commits start rolling in? Honestly kinda surprised there's been no transfer commits yet in all of college yet
By rule these players, are not supposed to talk to other schools, are not allowed to visit other schools, are not allowed to commit to other schools etc until they are actually in the portal.

The portal did not open officially until today, they all pretty much have to visit, make deals and be recruited by any program that actually follows the rules. Now most of them probably have at least some idea and some communication behind the scenes with places on their list, but most will not have visited or had actual sit down with locations until after the portal opens today.

You are now seeing many players set up visits etc for the next week or so. They have to enter the portal during these 2 weeks but they do not have to decide and commit in that time frame.

So most are not going to commit on day one. I know a lot of people thought we would see a flood today, but in reality that is not going to happen for a few days, because people are just officially allowed contact and on campus visits etc.

Go away. You hate Rogers. You wanted Eck. Grow up. Campbell’s gone. Loved him when he was a Cyclone. He is Nittany Lion now. I will treat him like I treat former players on my pro sports teams. No hate. I just don’t care about those who are not on my favorite teams anymore. I care about those who are on my teams.
Eck is going to end up at Wisconsin anyway

I excluded the covid season cause that’s an anomaly season with fewer games played

True but the work around is the school is contacting the agent or family of the player, telling them here is the number and gauging their interest in the new school. All of that is occurring even before a player enters the portal. It's only illegal if the school contacts the player personally.
