Franklin is an Pennsylvania guy. I don't see him leaving PSU for USC. But Riley makes sense to go after. Feel like he would kill it at USC.

USC is like Texas - amazing resources and yet constantly underachieve. Some day they will fall into luck again, but it won't be because of their own making. IF they get the right coach, USC could be a force... but with such mediocre fans and a horrible administration, it's going to take some luck along the way.
