***Official: Kansas @ ISU Game(day) thread***

Really wish we had that last possession back but all things considered, I like where were at right now. KU really could have put the gas pedal down and blown us out but we hung around and were right there.

Great effort to end the half.

JVB needs to get some bench time. With about 5 minutes left he looked absolutely gassed. That's how he picks up the foolish fouls.

Creighton is being blown out the second half by Witchita State at Creighton. McD halftime adjustments are brilliant. 52-65. Two minutes left.

This team is working hard...Scotty just does not have it. He's playing hard out there..god love him..but I sure wish we had somebody so we could set him down for the game...let that elbow heal.

His elbow may be bad for awhile.

One thing I noticed was whoever is guarding down low is on the outside shoulder of the downlow shooter. Step to their other shoulder and force them to turn to the lane instead of the hoop.

We let him establish himself too far down low.

Man, 4 years of college ball and Diante still doesn't have good handles. I didn't see the Nebraska game, but I am envisioning the last play of the half against KU was probably similar. CFH better get a point guard that can protect the ball

Scotty needs to work harder on offense. We do not value the ball at all. So many awful turnovers. Really working on the defensive end. Stamina will be an issue in the 2nd half. Crowd needs to push the team through the wall of fatigue and get the adrenaline pumping to the end. Our guards need to act like upper classmen. End of Neb. and end of this half were horrible.
