DG was player of the game IMO. His calmness in the face of everything going on, and the way he directed the action throughout the game showed me he is a Big XII point guard, and I'm looking forward to his leadership next year.

Made his layups. That was a big difference in this game.

Time to start winning! This team can do it, I'm not going to rule out a run of the Big 12 tourney. We clearly have the talent to do it, we just need a few lucky rolls. We missed a lot of layups tonight and have all season. That can't go on forever! This game might be exactly what we needed to get our heads in the right place going into the tournament!

I gotta agree. This has been a LONG season. And a very tough one to watch at times. We all know the luck has been against us and I don't think luck alone will take you through a full game and onto a victory in overtime. This team has had potential - how much is open for debate, but it's great to see us in this victory tonight!

I don't think I've ever been so happy with a win that didn't have anything at stake for us. Great win the players and coaches really deserve it.
