Did a TE catch a pass tonight? Was a TE even targeted tonight?!? I don't remember Sam throwing to one. For crying out loud, try to get UNI to stop stacking the box by at least making them think about covering a TE in the flats.

It's clear Mess needs to go, but it's not gonna happen during the season (and sure as hell isn't happening after the first game).
I can't imagine it'd make much of a difference, anyways, I'm pretty sure other Big XII teams are more talented than UNI, and they absolutely blew up ISU's line. And not in the middle with Farniok missing. The guys on the ends were constantly being beat.

The biggest problem with the offense is and has been for years, when they find their grove things roll they can do what they want, but when they have a bad play or mess up its all over and time to kick the ball. They just can never recover from mistakes. It seems when things to as planned no big deal, but if they have to go off ****** they struggle.
Obviously no decisions will be made until the end of the season. But i continue to feel like maybe promoting a guy from within what was pretty much acknowledged as a failing offensive program wasnt the best idea.

Time for Mess to go is 10 months ago. Defense improved Offense regressed from week 1. Didn't think that was possible

With the number of missed blocks I've seen so far where players just weren't in the right position, Chip Kelly would struggle today.
