Hopefully he explodes and allows us to trade for a top of the rotation starter. Would love to have him here for 10 years but Alcantara seems like the best possible option for future LF as he can also play center allowing us to has a hit first 4th OF.

Not a big fan of anticipating hard/easy stretches of the season. I get it- but a season is like a roller coaster for most teams. Even bad teams have hot spells. I believe this hard/easy stretch was based on 2024 win/loss, so I not counting on May being easy.

It's all about cranking out series wins- one at a time.

It's not just about how many wins a team had last year. It's obvious early in the year the Dodgers/Padres/Arizona/Texas look like legit playoff teams and their records so far back that up. Even Oakland has been better than people expected.

Odd schedule that we’ve played 3 series with the Dodgers, 2 series with the Padres, and two series against Arizona while playing zero games against the NL Central…

Oh I'm good and agree on the schedule to date. Good teams, good wins.

I'm not a fan of saying May will be easy because those teams were bad in 2024. The difference for a team being a 80 vs 92 game winner is slight- basically a couple wins a month.
