Hurricane Beryl rapidly intensifying, expected to be a Cat 4 storm by the time it reaches the Windward Islands tomorrow. Winds are currently 120 mph, forecast to increase to 140. 24 hours ago, winds were at 60 mph. Forecast to weaken slightly if storm track towards Jamaica holds.

Actually, 2-3" in a day wouldn't hurt much for me, but I know there a lot of places around the state where it would not be beneficial, and that hurt would runoff into other areas as well.
