Currently have a near 70 degree difference in the state when you factor in wind chill
Yep! I keep thinking how much like 2012 this feels like. It was in the 80s for what seemed like a week straight during spring break. Hit 90 on April 1st.The forecasted high for Sunday is 80. That can't be a good sign. The last year it was similar to these Temps this early was 2012 and that was the extreme drought and 100 degree days all July.
We're in deep trouble if we don't start getting some moisture this spring.
Was going to say, this feels like weather that only comes with big storms
The beginning of the end for VEISHEA? If I remember right there was a stretch of years with fabulous weather during VEISHEA.Usually, but at least where I am, it doesn't feel humid. Seems like there's not a ton of moisture. Toward Chicago/Indy though looks like they may get some ****.
Car said 67 at 3:10 when I went to get the kids. down to 50 now. Wind has also drastically picked up out of the NW at 25 gusting 36.The temperature at my house in CR dropped 6 degrees in the last 20 minutes. (It may have been worse, I didn’t look until I saw it was 64 and then all of a sudden it’s 58.)
