It blows me away how upset people get about mowing. I have never once been disturbed by or really noticed the neighbor mowing at any time, and if I was, so what. With snow blowing, you definitely don't have the windows open. To me you would be rude to suggest you could dictate their schedule for them.That’s when you hire someone to do it and not ruin your neighbors weekend. Don’t make your problem their problem.
