I don't have the data to back this up but to me it seems like November & December weather is better than it use to be but March & April is worse.

We need moistureEvery day this time of year with "nice" temperatures is a day without cold temperatures and one day closer to spring. Most of us know we can see some awful Iowa weather in November and December. We just need moisture. We have a pond by our home and it is the lowest we have seen it in the 30 years we have been here. I grew up here and there are ponds that have dried up. I used to be ice fishing by Christmas and have my permanent shack out by Christmas. I sold it two years ago and it is still sitting beside the guys shed who bought it.
You need to shut the **** up.We need moisture
I ain't no farmer, I just need it to be good weather until holiday traveling is done. You like droughts?
These guys are the best.
We’re okay.
Last year we got that rain/snow/ice right after Christmas and then the temps plummeted. I will never forget driving on Hwy 30 between Ames/CR and realizing we were driving on a sheet of ice.Yeah, that was absolutely awful last year.
I don't mind a little snow, but when its so cold the roads are just un-meltable ice, that **** can **** right off.
Assuming they're looking at highs. 70% of 31 is about 22, so high of 53. Not exactly crazy when you put it that way.70 to 80% higher temps? How is that calculated? Do you do the math on absolute temp? If so we are dying!
Soil probes and tile lines disagree.Drought monitor says otherwise.
My area is showing as severe drought and my yard hasn't ever been as consistently green as it was this year (in 15 years of living at my current home). Had consistent rain all year, and quite a few soakers.Soil probes and tile lines disagree.
