Are you talking about responses from today? Because there are none on here.
Maybe not "we didn't want him" but one guy said he was scared off by his 3 Point percentage, and one comment on how Wisconsin has been fine without him.

DeAndre Kane shot 27% from 3 at Marshall if I remember right. King is in good hands if he's wanting to improve as a shooter.Um that was me and King shot 25% from 3 this year. Like I said I would take him, but that number would definitely need to come up.

Nebraska should be much improved next year with the 6 new guys they have plus the couple on the current team that are decent. They are pretty dang bad this year. Most of those guys aren't Big 10 players they have this year.
They'll still be pretty bad IMO
The Hoiberg transfer season has just begun. They'll still be pretty bad IMO
They have a better 5 this year than Fred did in his 5 seasons here. Or at least, he will be maybe as early as next season (he's a FR)Nebraska should be much improved next year with the 6 new guys they have plus the couple on the current team that are decent. I don't like that one bit

Agree. And Wisconsin has not missed a beat since he's left.
Would love to get a grad transfer PG like this guy. Come be our Matt Mooney on next year's team.

I would have taken King, but his 3P% worried me about him coming here.

He went from shooting under 25% to shooting basically 40%. All while shooting them more often! His value wasn’t only in shooting (did anyone suggest that?), he did nearly everything well, but his improvement in 3P shooting was remarkable.Kane's importance to Iowa State wasn't three point shooting. He went from a career average of making 1/4 per game to 1/3 in Ames.
