***Official 2018 NCAA Tourney Thread***

As if this couldn't get any better, listening to Scot Pollard on the KU Teamcast on TNT.... been a steady supply of Jayhawk tears all night.

nova's bigs are way more skilled than KU's
In fairness, it's easy to look really skilled when everything you throw in the general direction of the rim is falling.

They've basically neutralized Azubuike by burying Kansas with 3s. Can't trade a Nova 3 for an Azubuike dunk and Kansas can't get run outs on blocked shots if they're never shooting at the rim.

Nova's bigs can shoot while KU's can only shoot within 5 feet of the rim. The Lawson brothers will help KU next year in that regard.

Looks like we will be seeing mercy calls for KU the last 10 minutes. Hope Nova keeps bombing away.

The Lawson brothers can’t shoot very well and are soft on top of it.

This looks more like what KU should be with their roster.

Dare I say they've overachieved.

Not sure if the national feed caught this but when I switched to the Jayhawk slant I got this gif to had to the Jayhawk tears collection

Does anyone know if anyone has ever looked at whether or not there is an advantage in playing in the first final four game or the second? If anyone has a link that shows how the winner of the first final four game of the night has fared against the winner of the second game in the championship, I would love to see it. Probably isn't significant but I would prefer playing (and winning, obviously) the first game of the final four. I'd be interested to see if one team has been more successful than the other. If I was really driven, I would do it myself but I'm lazy, so...
