We don’t really know what we need yet. Until we get a better feel for THT and Wigginton, it will be tough to know how to proceed with transfers.

If they both stay, it’s gonna be tough to attract a starting caliber grad transfer.

Hopefully the staff has a good idea though. Needless to say, it would be crippling for both decisions to drag out until there aren’t many quality candidates left but end up losing 3 starters and 5 of our top 7.

We already have a lot of volume to sell with Babb and Shayok departing, plus whatever we got from Lard and Talley. Then again, we had a ton available for 2017-18 and had trouble getting starting quality grad transfers.

Sounds about right for Prohm

The lack of rumors connecting ISU to could mean he is pretty confident that there won't be any more attrition after Lard. Especially if the staff is confident with there chances of getting Nadolny. There is only one spot currently open, Prohm can be judicious with who to show interest with.

Yep, worst case scenario is Prohm, THT, and Wiggi all think that THT and Wiggi will be back next year, but they both go to be evaluated and end up both leaving at the last minute. Then Prohm could be screwed.

NBADraftNet has moved Wiggy and THT to early second rounders in their 2020 mock draft. If that holds we might be losing both after next season as a good season could bump THT into the first. Wiggy may go regardless.

Losing both plus Nixon and Jacobson would scream for Prohm to add a sit and play guard and Nadolny. With the possibility of getting Foster and/or Carlson I don't see Prohm chasing a transfer Big unless someone to good to.pass on enters the fold.

I’d be very surprised if both Wiggy and THT are back. I tend to think it’ll be one of the two.

As to the bigs, my guess is that the plan is to get Foster, and if we can’t land Foster or another high potential big, they may grab a grad transfer for depth. Chances of Carlson coming here are pretty low, so I doubt they’re counting on anything with him.

Just about zero chance we add a grad transfer big...zero.

Solo will get a medical year likely...so he’s essentially a jr this coming year although he might elect to just graduate and go..hard to tell.

Only way we add a current eligible transfer is at wing/SG...and that is only if THT or LW leave or both..

If just say LW leaves...Prohm might feel like TH, THT, Nixon and Tre are adequate scoring in backcourt...

LW isn’t on a single top 100 list for this years draft and won’t get combine invite...If he leaves it’s because he’s ok with going to Europe or at absolute best finding a spot on G league..

Wigginton isn’t leaving. He has a chance to improve his draft stock only if he stays. Wigginton won’t even get drafted. THT, I feel, could go. He’s projected to be in the low 20’s in this draft. I wouldn’t blame him if he ended up leaving.
