NBA: ***Official 2017-2018 Playoffs Thread***

I wasnt expecting that first quarter in Cleveland.

The amount was surprising but not surprised that Indiana is contending in this series. Played Cavs well in the regular season. This just isn't the same Cavs team of years past.

A LOT of young talent on these teams.

I thought the Bucks would win this series pretty easily with the C's injuries. Could end up going 7 games. Brad Stevens is an incredible coach.
And Joe Prunty is equally an awful coach. No surprise though coming from a J Kidd assistant. I really think Boston has no business winning this with their injuries, but at the same time will not be surprised when Boston wins. Bucks are a dysfunctional hot mess and have been all year.

Also Pacers were 21-20 on the road this season, so ability to swing home-court advantage by winning game 1 surely wouldn't hurt (Cleveland also went 21-20 away from home, so it could swing back just as quickly).

Well Indiana it was fun while it lasted. Clock has struck midnight, the coach is now a pumpkin.

Reverse Psychology strikes again!

18 point road win in game 1. I'll take it. Oladipo was on fire.

Pretty stark contrast from last year when he was basically just taking up space on the floor while Westbrook tried to do it all.

Dipo should be an All NBA selection this year. It's just that nobody knew about him because Indy got zero national attention in the regular season.
