FYI - i would dump Odunsi in a minute to have the harrison twins, currently ranked 6 and 9 overall in the class of 2013 rankings....these kids are on track to be immediate impact players, our commit cannot get along with them to make his numbers better so we have ZERO chance at him.....

I mean seriously, if Anthony was a great teammate and these kids had a great time playing together you never know.....

But in this case - we know...the twins will be at Texas, Kansas, Duke, North Carolina!!!

ironic that FH gets national scrutiny for building with "risky" transfers...and yet our two high school recruits, who've been committed to us for a while, are the ones with potential "issues."

I'm sure that the #6 and #9 recruits in the country don't have any entitlement issues.

They weren't coming to ISU no matter what Anthony did so I'm fine with him beating them up.:jimlad:

...and, if Anthony started throwing punches he deserved to get beat up as well.

One question: why would Odunsi be SO worried about his numbers? He already has a signed LOI. The twins are the ones looking to impress people.

I love it, and hate it...

First of all, let me just say that fighting amongst teammates, during a game is embarrassing.

Now, if there is a silver lining, it's that he wont take any crap (even if he was in the wrong). One thing ISU teams have lacked in the past years is an attitude, and some toughness. Looks like this might be our guy!

Finally, these types of events are rarely all one persons "fault," and like someone else mentioned, I'm surprised it was allowed to get to this level. For these reasons, I'm not goof to pass any judgement, or take a side, and I hope other people refrain too. Trust that TJ/ Fred will have a handle on this situation, and deal with it properly.

Glad he's getting accustomed to really rough basketball, that's helped Ron Artest out!

Sounds like another Iowa State player named Royce White who got into a little scuffle with mall cops. I like the fact he did it, he is not going to let people get into his head and he is not scared to throw punches.

I'm guessing that if he's asked to pass the ball next year he will do it.

Yeah, if being a ballhog is a bit of problem in his HS game, I highly doubt it will last too many practices into his college experience.

Jared Homan throws a punch and ISU Fans love his toughness.

Who cares.. if this kid can play basketball, I dont give a rip what the hell he does.

I remember Jared Homan coming off the bench "like someone was stealing his cow" when one of the Harrisons got into it with LE. I do not remember Homan throwing a punch at a teammate.

Here is what I've heard through a quality source.

- Anthony has had an impressive senior year. His numbers have been great and there's been some jealously brewing on the part of the twins. Last night, Anthony yelled at one of the twins to get back on defense and may or may not have grabbed his jersey. One of the twins got ticked off, got physical, the other one jumped in and here we are today.

In no way will this affect Anthony's future at Iowa State. He's not a troubled kid. The last I heard he had something like a 3.8 GPA. He's a model citizen. Don't worry about him. He'll be fine. Just my opinion.
