I believe that he served as a Passing Game Coordinator and then was promoted to Offensive Coordinator under Jim Harbaugh........which IMO says a lot.
I would go to a mid-major, FCS or Division II school. Look at the ones that have had the top offenses for the last 3 to 5 years with the same coordinators, and interview as many of them as possible. Same thing with the running backs coach. No friends, no buddies, no favors.
Not going to get Farley, How about one of his QBs, Pat Grace oc at Heelan, I know this sounds far fetched but he was a hell of a QB at UNI and runs a mean spread. OK flame away.

Didn't know that. The stuff I had seen on him didn't show a lot of past experience.
I'd think he might have interest if the Bucs get rid of Schiano. Most of his family is in the Ames so that would have to help...

Get someone with experience. No way is a high school guy who just graduated a few years ago the right guy right now.

I hope they look outside the current staff. Nothing against any existing coaches, but to change the culture on the offensive side of the ball, someone from outside is needed.
I will be curious the direction CPR goes with the hire. Would not surprise me if the feel Rohach is the future, that they don't go 100% pistol or pro-style offense.

Okay, after reading this article, this guy sounds phenomenal. Wants more control, doesn't want a head coach telling him "no". CPR is known to be somewhat "hands-off" on the offense . . . If Leach and Sumlin are fans, sign me up!
