New Sprint or are they moving from over by Panchero's I wonder? That strip with Panchero's and Coldstone is death to get in/out of.

I like HuHot, I don't know anything about Firehouse Subs, and I love to get my nails did.

I just park in the Best Buy parking lot and walk over. Turning left out of the Panchero's lot is for the birds.

Where is there enough parking for all this? Maybe in back? Right now it looks like about 4 spots per business!

the problem is no one at the development review bothered to check this or they didn't care. most commercial districts have some language about connectivity as a requirement.

The site plan showed 151 parking spots for this development, which is probably enough for what is going in so far. However if they get another popular restaurant or two it could get pretty crowded. I think there is space in the building for three or four more businesses.

Where are they? It looks like maybe 50 spots along Duff. Or maybe I'm just imagining it to be more crowded than it really is.

Parking is about evenly split between front and back of the building.

Wallaby's/El Azteca already have the terrible parking market cornered in Ames.

I've never had issues parking in back at Wallaby's and I usually go once a weekend.

Firehouse Subs is my favorite sub place. http://www.firehousesubs.com/ I like their steam heating. Pretty straight forward place though...they offer sub sandwiches.

what is wrong with pull the building up and putting parking in the back?

what is wrong with making sure there are future connection to neighboring parking lots? sometimes i hate Ames.

More buildings on Duff mean more water backing upstream... aka flooding Hilton. More obstacles in the floodway mean water can't get from Point A to Point B. Can't wait to see Iowa State become a national embarrassment again.
