NBA: *** NBA Playoffs Thread V2.0 ***

That's a yearly tradition for the Hawks. This seems to be destined to be a series that goes 7 with the home team taking every game.

Memphis had a huge win last night. Z-Bo just took over that game.

Personally, I think it had more to do with no Griffin and Del Negro's incompetent lineups than Z-Bo.

Del Negro is not good, I won't argue that, but when your options for guarding the Grizzlies' bigs are DeAndre Jordan, Ryan Hollins, Lamar Odom and Rony Turiaff you don't have many good choices to choose from. Of course, they were probably better off going small and playing Barnes at the 4 and forcing Memphis to try to match up with then.

there's your answer. Why allow Memphis to dictate the matchup? It's not like they were putting up much of a fight against Memphis' bigs anyway.

His other big no-no was playing Chris Paul the entire second half without rest.

Pacers up 3-2. I know everyone is paying attention to that series. That's marquee basketball! :jimlad:

Pacers and Thunder are about the only playoff teams other than my team I find myself cheering for, obviously helps I know there's a snowball's chance of the Bulls playing either this year. Indiana has had an impressive season given some of the ups and downs. It's weird because I the Pacers annoy the hell out of me when they play Chicago. Knicks, Nets, Celtics, Heat I dislike to various degrees, Hawks and Bucks haven't done enough to earn my dislike I guess.

LeBron has to be watching this and thinking well KD now you know how i felt all those years in Cleveland.

thanks. Season on the line tomorrow because no way we win a game 7 in Brooklyn.

I think the Bulls win by 10+ tomorrow. Hope that doesn't put the hex on 'em, but I feel good about it. I'm not a Bulls fan either. My season went south when the Lakers signed Nash. Never liked that move.

And when Stern vetoed the Chris Paul trade prior to acquiring Nash.

Seriously? That's where you think the season went wrong? With Nash? Wow.
