If FSU and Miami are legit this year there will be no reason to pretend Clemson and SMU are awesome.
No love for BYU? I know the focus is probably on Arizona State and TCU if you’re looking at unranked teams that could jump in from the Big 12, but BYU seems to keep chugging along even with the off-season swap for Retzlaff.

It turns out…. we haven’t beaten anyone with a pulse yet. KSU hasn’t looked good at all and lost to Army. South Dakota lost to Lamar this past week? Uggghh. And Iowa is trash.

This is why we want Iowa and K-State to win a lot of games this year, especially Iowa. If Iowa wins 9 or 10 with their gauntlet of a schedule, it makes ISU look better to the voters and analysts. Unfortunately Gronowski is horrible and they will likely be a 6-6 team.
